FAQs
What if I need to return a garment?
Easy! We’re keen to support all customers in finding the perfect fit.
For most garments, as long as they are still unworn and have all tags and stickers on them, you can expect a full refund or exchange of the items. Keep in mind that you’ll need to keep garments clean and not wear perfume or deodorant that might leave a mark or a scent on the items as we can't accept returns of items that have been stained, washed or scented.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of socks or any thong style briefs.
For Australian orders, we’ll cover the return postage for an exchange but not a return.
For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Archive Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only - no refunds.
If you do need to organise a return, get in touch with is within 5 working days of receiving the items at orders@nicounderwear.com, and we’ll sort it out for you. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them unless otherwise agreed.
Do I need to make a purchase before a bra fitting appointment?
Nope! Our fitting sessions are available for all people before purchasing for help with measuring, or choosing the right size or style or after receiving your order for help with troubleshooting a fit.
What do I do if the bra is riding up at the back?
Firstly check that the straps are not too tight – they should be sitting firmly but comfortably on your shoulders. If your bra is still riding up at the back it might mean that the band is too loose. Start by trying a tighter hook but if that isn't enough you may need to try a smaller band size (which means you may need to go up a cup size).
What do I do if the straps are digging into my shoulder?
A bra should be supported largely by the band – not the straps. If the straps are digging into the shoulders, it may mean the band is not supportive enough. Start by loosening the straps, but if the bra is not supportive enough you may need to try a smaller band size (which means you may need to go up a cup size).
What do I do if the straps are falling off shoulders?
If tightening the straps does not fix this problem, you may need to try a smaller cup size.
What do I do if I’m falling out of the cups?
If you are falling out of the bra cups at the top or the sides you may need to move up a cup size. Any amount of swelling or spilling usually means the cup is too small. Even push up style bras should fit comfortably by creating shape without overflow.
What do I do if the bra is baggy in the cup area?
If your bra is baggy, wrinkled or hollow in any area you may need to try a smaller cup size.
Underwires should sit comfortably underneath the arm and should encompass the entire breast. If the underwire is uncomfortable and poking underneath your arms you may need to try a larger cup size.
