FAQs
What if I need to return a garment?
Easy! We’re keen to support all customers in finding the perfect fit.
For most garments, as long as they are still unworn and have all tags and stickers on them, you can expect a full refund or exchange of the items.
Returns must be requested via email within 14 days from receiving the item.
When trying on your garments, please be careful to keep them clean and ensure you're not wearing any perfume or deodorant that might leave a mark or a scent on the items. We can't accept returns of items that have been stained, washed or scented.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of briefs or socks.
For any return, unless the items are faulty, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items bought on sale, during a sale period, or with a discount code can be exchanged or returned for store credit only - no refunds.
Last Chance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if a garment is faulty, we will of course replace it or provide a refund.
Faulty items will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Faulty items will only be replaced with the same size, colour and style.

How much stretch do the bras and briefs have?
NICO's bras (and briefs) has about 60% (6cm) of stretch in the band and the cups to give you the perfect fit. We recommend subtracting 6cm from your underbust measurement as a guide for your NICO fit. *Please remember that each body type is different and getting the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky. Following our size chart will help you get the ideal fit.
Do I need to make a purchase before a bra fitting appointment?
Nope! Our fitting sessions are available for all people before purchasing for help with measuring, or choosing the right size or style or after receiving your order for help with troubleshooting a fit.
What do I do if the bra is riding up at the back?
Firstly check that the straps are not too tight – they should be sitting firmly but comfortably on your shoulders. If your bra is still riding up at the back it might mean that the band is too loose. Start by trying a tighter hook but if that isn't enough you may need to try a smaller band size (which means you may need to go up a cup size).
What do I do if the straps are digging into my shoulder?
A bra should be supported largely by the band – not the straps. If the straps are digging into the shoulders, it may mean the band is not supportive enough. Start by loosening the straps, but if the bra is not supportive enough you may need to try a smaller band size (which means you may need to go up a cup size).
What do I do if the straps are falling off shoulders?
If tightening the straps does not fix this problem, you may need to try a smaller cup size.
What do I do if I’m falling out of the cups?
If you are falling out of the bra cups at the top or the sides you may need to move up a cup size. Any amount of swelling or spilling usually means the cup is too small. Even push up style bras should fit comfortably by creating shape without overflow.
What do I do if the bra is baggy in the cup area?
If your bra is baggy, wrinkled or hollow in any area you may need to try a smaller cup size.
What do I do if the underwire is uncomfortable and poking underneath the arms?
Underwires should sit comfortably underneath the arm and should encompass the entire breast. If the underwire is uncomfortable and poking underneath your arms you may need to try a larger cup size.
How do I organise an alteration?
Check out our alterations page and send an email to the team at orders@nicounderwear.com that includes the relevant service, your measurements, and any photos that will help the team in completing your alteration or repair. From there, the team will email you to complete the service and return shipping payment, and then you can ship the item/s to our warehouse. We will then complete the alteration and send it back to you.
