Booking a fitting
By ticking the Bra Fitting Booking Terms and Conditions checkbox, the customer confirms that they understand their booking can be rescheduled.
NICO Underwear uses customer’s bra fitting data for bra fitting booking appointments only.
NICO Underwear uses the App, SimplyBook.me Ltd, to help book fitting appointments.

Hassle free returns
NICO Underwear welcomes any opportunity to support all customers in finding the perfect fit.
For most garments, as long as they are still unworn and have all tags and stickers on them, customers can expect a full refund or exchange of the items.
When trying on, customers must keep garments clean and not wear perfume or deodorant that might leave a mark or a scent on the items.
NICO Underwear can't accept returns of items that have been stained, washed or scented.
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of socks or of any thong style briefs.
For Australian orders, we will cover the return postage for an exchange up to 14 days from receiving the item but not a return.
For sale items, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items bought on sale or during a sale period can be exchanged or returned for store credit only - no refunds.
Last Chance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if a garment is faulty, we will of course replace it or provide a refund.
Faulty items will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
