We get that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, especially when it comes to finding the right fit. That's why we've spent a lot of time working on our size chart to help you find the perfect fit.
But, in the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase or there are problems with the fit, NICO provides a very flexible returns and exchange policy.
- For most garments, as long as they are still unworn and have all tags and stickers on them, you can expect a full refund or exchange of the items.
- When trying on your garments, please be careful to keep them clean and ensure you're not wearing any perfume or deodorant that might leave a mark or a scent on the items. We can't accept returns of items that have been stained, washed or scented.
- For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of socks or of any thong-style briefs.
- For Australian orders, we will cover the return postage for an exchange up to 14 days from receiving the item but not a return.
- For sale items, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items bought on sale or during a sale period can be exchanged or returned for store credit only - no refunds.
- Last Chance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, if a garment is faulty, we will of course replace it or provide a refund.
- Faulty items will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
If you do need to organise a return, be sure to contact us within 5 working days of receiving the items. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them unless otherwise agreed.
