Shipping to New Zealand usually takes 3-5 days.

For orders over $300, shipping is free!
For orders under $300, shipping is just $18.

International shipping usually takes 5-12 days.

We aim to ship your order within 3 working days if not quicker. You'll receive an email from us with tracking details when it's on it's way. 


When placing an international order, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are calculated once your package arrives in your country. Your order may also be subject to customs inspections or fees, based upon your country's regulations, which may cause delays. Unfortunately this is out of NICO's control. Online retailers can’t predict or cover these fees but it usually doesn’t apply to low value parcels. You can check with your local customs office to be sure. However, if any duty or customs charges are payable in your country, they will be payable by you.

We also can't be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by customs.

We get that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, especially when it comes to finding the right fit. That's why we've spent a lot of time working on our size chart to help you find the perfect fit.

But, in the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase or there are problems with the fit, NICO provides a very flexible returns and exchange policy. 

 

-For most garments, as long as they are still unworn and have all tags and stickers on them, you can expect a full refund or exchange of the items.

-When trying on your garments, please be careful to keep them clean and ensure you're not wearing any perfume or deodorant that might leave a mark or a scent on the items. We can't accept returns of items that have been stained, washed or scented.

-For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of socks or of any thong style briefs.

-For Australian orders, we will cover the return postage for an exchange but not a return.

-For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- Last Chance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. However if a garment is faulty, we will of course replace it or provide a refund. 

 

If you do need to organise a return, be sure to contact us within 5 working days of receiving the items.
